Eligibility for a Refund To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, please ensure

• The product has been used as per the instructions provided.
• You have allowed sufficient time for results to show (typically 8 weeks).
• Refund requests must be submitted within 12 weeks of the purchase date, as beyond this period, numerous external factors can impact the growth of a new lawn

• Your order number
• Photos showing the condition of your lawn before and after using our product
• A brief description of how you applied the product

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 working days.

Refund Processing If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
