Satisfaction Guarantee - 60 Days

If you're not happy with the results after following the instructions, let us know within 60 days of your purchase date and we'll sort a refund, or the products and advice to put things right.

To qualify:

  • You've used the product as per the instructions.
  • You've given it time to work (typically 6 weeks).
  • You get in touch within 60 days of your purchase date (not delivery date).

Change of Mind — 30 Days

Simply changed your mind? You've got 30 days from purchase to let us know and arrange a return.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@greatbritishlawnco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the condition of your lawn before and after use
  • A brief description of how you applied the product

We'll review and get back to you within 2-3 working days.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Allow up to 10 working days to see it land.

Exceptions

Our guarantee doesn't cover:

  • Product applied against the instructions.
  • Damage from external factors - extreme weather, pests, animals, or poor lawn maintenance.
  • Requests made outside the 60-day (satisfaction) or 30-day (change of mind) windows.
