Description

Absorbed through the leaf, Iron Sulphate delivers an immediate green up and is widely used on golf courses ahead of major tournaments. At higher doses, it has been known to blacken and control moss but regulations now prevent moss control claims without herbicide approval. The formulation, however, remains unchanged.

Can be applied year-round to lower soil pH - helping to protect from leatherjackets and chafer grubs. Unique Iron Plus formula includes added nitrogen and manganese to reduce yellowness in leaves and boost plant health (formulation: 6% Fe + 2% N + 1% Mn).

Iron Plus is available only as a liquid treatment, ensuring effective absorption by the plant. It also makes for easier application as opposed to granular alternatives, which can more easily stray onto hard surfaces and stain.

Important: Iron Plus stains hard surfaces. Always wash down equipment and footwear immediately after use. Keep pets off the area until dried.

Very impressed with both the service and the lawn products I purchased from The Great British Lawn Co. Liam couldn’t have been of any more help, great personal service and advice and nothing was to much trouble. I scarified, overseeded and applied new seed fertiliser then top dressed and fleeced the area. I was amazed how quickly the seed germinated and within approx 2 weeks the fleece was removed. After around weeks 3.5 I patched in some small areas and within a week I was able to cut the lawn on a high setting. The patched in areas had already started sprouting through. I would highly recommend this company for both customer service and quality of product. By far the best products I have used on my lawn and I will definitely be a returning customer.
